The Gator Wall System is a wall system that can be used for a variety of buildings: residential dwellings, town-homes, condos, commercial buildings, apartment complexes, etc. It is a specially engineered dry stacked wall system that has an insulation component (Gator Foam) inside the wall. The wall system is made primarily using five different construction blocks, depending on building codes and locations, vertical and horizontal rebar, grout and cement are also strategically placed within the blocks, as the wall is erected. In addition to having your Gator Foam (insulation) inside the block, your entire electrical conduit is also assembled inside the block.

Upon erection of the exterior building shell, the roof is assembled and put in place. After the roof is in place, Gator Mud is applied to both the interior and exterior of the shell. Gator Mud (bonding structure coat) is a concrete product mixed with fiberglass that gives added strength to the system. Gator Mud also acts as a preventative barrier for moisture, mold, and rodents. Gator Mud can then be textured shaped and painted to resemble both drywall on the interior as well as stucco on the exterior. In the event that the end user wanted to fir out the interior walls, or add brick or siding to the exterior walls similar to more conventional construction, they could do so, however, with the Gator Wall System you wouldn’t have to because the walls already have the electrical conduit and the insulation component inside the walls.

After applying the Gator Mud to the walls you paint them, assemble the trim, flooring and cabinets (another added benefit with the Gator Wall System, cabinets and fixtures are easy to hang, because you don’t have to find a stud) and you are virtually finished with the home.

Upon completion, you end up with a wall system that is more affordable and durable than other building systems and quicker to complete.
